Tomorrow we embark on

That last month of each year

All in all it’s been a good one

For there was much to cheer

Hardships overcome

Moreover, difficulties passed

Doing what you had to do

Tough times never last

The struggles the strife

The pain will slowly fade

It will always subside

The debt has been paid

So open your eyes wide

Look to the New Year

See the promise of tomorrow

Move forward without fear

Let go of your past

As you plan and organize

Reach for all of your dreams

Let your spirit take rise

With grace under pressure

Find balance in your life

Be in tune with your nature

With senses sharp as a knife

As we move into this New Year

We remember all the ones

Who will not be going with us

Mothers fathers daughters and sons

They will be here in spirit

The laughter and their smile

They all once shared with us

With their own unique style

The love that they shared

Will always be in your heart

Pass that love to the world

You will never be apart

So make your plans well

The calendar is blank

The future is not written

Deposit hope in your bank

You can do anything you want

How big can you dream?
